2. No Refunds for Sponsored Funds: Any amount donated or sponsored to support specific causes will not be refunded once the transaction is completed.

3. Failed Transactions: If there is a technical issue or failure in processing your donation, we will ensure that the amount is refunded to your account as per the guidelines of the payment gateway.
